Induction hood featuring four in-line zones for easy use. With a 40° preset, you can set 40 °C to the chosen zone. The temperature will remain constant for the selected time (chocolate melting). The hob also features an articulated safety system that includes: a pan detection sensor, touch control lock, residual heat indicator (H) and automatic power-off with temperature sensor. It also comes with a surface cleaning scraper.
