Integrated downdraft extractor
FULGOR MILANO offers extraction systems that install right beside the hob. They are quiet and draw off cooking smells and smoke effectively.
Induction hobs
The glass-ceramic induction hobs come with one or two cooking zones and a stainless steel surround. Stainless steel knobs set each cooking function precisely.
Induction teppanyaki plate
Heat spreads evenly across two cooking zones, so food cooks gently and with almost no fat. The surface wipes clean and takes high temperatures.
Cast iron grates
The continuous cast iron grates take high heat and sudden changes of temperature without losing their strength. They are easy to clean and make moving pans around simple.
Wok burner
A cast iron wok adapter is included, holding a traditional wok pan steadily over a burner of up to 4.0 kW.
Thermoelectric flame failure device
The flame failure device detects a flame that has gone out and shuts off the gas automatically, preventing a leak and making the hob safer to use.
