This hob features a 5 mm thick stainless steel surface. It has 4 in-line burners, including 2 brass Woks (4.0 kW) with DUAL regulation (at the hob’s ends). This hob comes with Stop-Gas safety system. The cast iron grates are designed to provide stability to every cooking zone. It comes with a cast iron Wok adapter and a Cast Iron Small adapter.
